Hello my friends ....Im placed in kpcl (kirloskar pneumatics ltd)
This exam was for mechanical ,production and electrical and there was separate paper 4 each branch ....
Types of questions ..is technical paper of your own stream whether you are from mechanical or production each paper is different and there ll be 1 more common aptitude paper....both ll be simultaneously for approx 1hr (45 min for technical n 15 or 20 min for aptitude..)
TIPS : HOW TO CRACK KIRLOSKAR .......
1 . You ll get 1 application form in starting to fill about your introduction n it is very lengthy so fill it very care fully bcauose the interview ques ll be oriented around it ...ex preference of company among kirloskar it is so , your mini project , your dream ,your intro , your hobbies , your weakness strength .....all these general stuffs but these are very valuable dont fill it lightly ..you can take a help 4m your seniors what ever you hav written you remember it properly or 1 think you can do ..you keep its one xerox copy bring it on interview date revise all content befor your turn be prepared the types of question of ll be almost same it is only hr no technical interview.....so be in touch with your friend whose interview is finished .....
2 . How to prepare for technical :
This is very easy you study thorough your own subject suppose if you from production then material science ,cutting tool engg, workshop technology.. so on there ll be no negative marking ...
actually I m not finding my copy otherwise I could also disclose few of ques so next time I ll also give same types of questions ...don't worry ....in this sec u can score as max can but choose selective here atleast you have to score 25 marks approx ...
3 . Common aptitude ll be very easy there ll be few gk question bt you have to score good with your max speed because time 4 this section is very less so only attempt easy ques n leave the lengthier ..here atleast you have to score 15 marks approx

4 . If yo u clear this round then then you ll be called 4 group discussion n case study which ll be of half an hour...
here you ll get 1 case study paper n then in 10 min u have to solve it n then you have to rank the materials which is essential to solve this case study , after this you have to discuss among your friends for 20 min then again you have to conclude the right preference to each material listed n then u have to compare it that what is the difference in summation of ur ranking and your group ranking ..this is not elimination round n next is of interview round
tips .....you ll realise the case study how much you can speak correctly with valuable pt that ll be noted so atleast speak prove it your reason.

4 . Here every one ll be called 4 interview ... only hr ques ll be asked so go with cool mind show your eagerness 4 kirloskar bt you express yourself what you ...this ll be only accepted ...but you have to give the reason of your each answer what ever you think..
